The Adriano Olivetti Foundation was established in 1962 and is one of the oldest Italian non-bank foundation. Completely independent, the Foundation is an operating entity that develops and coordinates projects whose aim is to deepen our understanding of the conditions on which social progress depends and to progressively disseminate and implement Adriano Olivetti’s ideas as well as protect his work and copyrights on behalf of his family.
The Adriano Olivetti Foundation has offices in Rome and in Adriano Olivetti’s house/studio in Ivrea.
The Adriano Olivetti Foundation carries out research projects in the fields of business culture, social sciences, innovation and urban planning, in collaboration with public, private and third sector bodies, both national and international.
The Foundation also supports and coordinates activities related to the study, enhancement, dissemination and exhibition of Adriano Olivetti’s history, ideas and actions both in Italy and abroad.
